Probleme mit Kontoeröffnung und mangelhafter Kundenservice bei Bank.
Paulc (Gast) am 12.06.2025I opened an account with them 12 days ago. As of yet the only thing I could do was convert my EUR to USD. This task ended up with me waiting about 5 days for it to "complete" only to find they had ordered ittwice and put my euro account in the red.
My total account was then in the red. That was about 4-5 days ago.
Also they reset my pin without me asking, and I have spent 3 days trying to get them to fix it.
Presently looking up to cancel everything with them stay away, there support just copy and paste the FAQ if they respond at all.
